Our "Certification/Recognition Program" allows the ecotourism service provider to be identified as a responsible and “nature friendly” operation. Certified SEE FLA members will be recognized by eco-tourists as preferred service providers with the assurance that their product or service is backed by a commitment of best practice for ecological sustainability, natural area management, and the provision of quality ecotourism experiences.
We are currently going through our 4th update on our Certification/Recognition Program to keep it current and reflect emerging "best practices" within the industry. This revision will make this program the most complete eco certification program in the State of Florida. While we are not accepting applications at this time, pleased be assured that your wait will be well worth it. Check back with this web or send us an email with your interest, and we will let you know when we are ready for you to apply. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
